Not at all. Most families we talk to are in the middle of figuring things out. The call is designed for exactly that moment — when you know something needs to happen but you're not sure what. Come as you are.
No. While we are in the process of opening our first flagship facility, we not placement agents or facility salespeople. Our goal is to help you understand your options — not to steer you toward any particular provider.
That's a completely valid place to be. Early conversations are often the most useful — they help you know what to watch for, what to research, and what to ask. There's no timeline pressure from our side.
Whoever is leading the planning — usually an adult child or spouse. If you have a sibling or partner who's involved in decisions, they're welcome to join. The conversation will be more useful with the key decision-makers present.
